Who We Are

The Black Faculty and Staff Association (BAFSA) at Kalamazoo College, formed on August 1, 2020, is a Council to provide mutual aid and emotional support for the Black faculty and staff at Kalamazoo College. This Council will also engage pertinent and timely issues that affect Black faculty, staff and students as they arise. This group is open to all Black Faculty and Staff at Kalamazoo College.

Join Us!

During the academic year BAFSA meets at least once a month to discuss, share, plan, and hang out. All Kalamazoo College Black faculty and staff are welcome to join us.
