Who We Are

The Black Faculty and Staff Association (BAFSA) at Kalamazoo College, formed on August 1, 2020, is a Council to provide mutual aid and emotional support for the Black faculty and staff at Kalamazoo College. This Council will also engage pertinent and timely issues that affect Black faculty, staff and students as they arise. This group is open to all Black Faculty and Staff at Kalamazoo College.
